1. Is it possible to send several articles to the journal at the same time for publication?

 No. When the result of the review of the article you sent is known, then you can proceed to send your next article.

 

2. Can one submit the paper to several journals?

 No. This is against ethics in publishing; if this is done, the paper will not be published, and if it is printed, it will be valid. Then your name will be blacklisted in the journal and no other paper from the author will be accepted.

 

3. Is it necessary for all the authors to submit the article and be in contact with the journal staff?

No. The responsible author can request to follow up the evaluation process until the publication of the article.
